Feelings that should be forgotten

ImageWhenever you have a thoughts and feelings that are weighing you down, do this:

  1. Write them on a piece of paper,
  2. Read them over,
  3. Scrunch them up,
  4. Throw them into a jar
  5. Close the jar

I’m going to try this. It’s been said that, once you physically see that you are forgetting those feelings by placing them in a jar, you’ll start learning to let them go. Mind over matter.
